The majority of our workshops are at at Stone Age Climbing Gym in Albuquerque, NM, but Étude also teaches at other places around the Southwest. Check the workshop description for details and if you’d like me to come to your area let me know!

How to Climb With Pain

Movement 2.0: Dynamic Movement
This workshop is focused on developing athletes' ability to generate momentum and move dynamically on the wall. We will cover how to initiate dynamic moves, your trajectory in the air, and how to catch them in a strong, effective position. We will apply those concepts through off and on-the-wall drills to develop athlete’s ability to use these concepts in their own climbing.

Stomp the Yard: Yank and Yard Skills and Tactics
This prep course is a 4-week series focused on developing the movement skills and tactics that lead to success at the Yank and Yard citizens competition. Across four one-and-a-half-hour sessions, athletes will receive technical movement instruction on boulder problems as well as guidance on competition tactics to allow them to give their best effort at Yank and Yard.
We strongly recommend that you climb V4/5 before attending this course.

We will cover how to develop stability in a given position so that you can best generate power for your next move. This workshop will include off and on-the-wall drills to develop athletes’ ability to understand and apply positional concepts.
